Bleh, I wish muscle ups could just happen without practice.

Outlaw Way:

BB Gymnastics:

1) 7×1 1 hang power snatch + 1 power snatch – 115, 125, 125, 125, 130, 135, 135

2) 7×1 2 power clean + 1 push jerk – 155, 155, 155, 160, 165, 165

Strength:

3x ME muscle ups – 1, 0, 1

3xME double arm kb snatch – 11, 10, 10 (40lb dumbells)

3×10 reverse hyper – NW, 10, 10

3×5 snatch grip push press – 110, 100, 100
